The first floor of the Main House includes the entry foyer, two sitting rooms, two breakfast dining rooms, and butler’s pantry. Original hardwood floors, stained-glass windows, and period architectural details throughout.
The Carriage House has its own distinct character — a dedicated foyer with a custom horse-hames chandelier by Conant Metal & Light, and a loft sitting area above the ground floor.
The third floor of the Main House is entirely private innkeeper space — a self-contained living area with bedroom, kitchen, and living spaces, separate from all guest rooms. Included in the real estate sale.
